O'Reilly Auto Parts

Doug was such a great help, I went to a different O’Reilly to get a brake light for my vehicle and it was the wrong one. I brought it to this one and was able to swap it out for the right one and was asked if I needed help. Doug was an amazing help, if anyone knows about Kia Sorento’s, you’ll know that the whole entire tail light has to be taken off. He grabbed tools to remove the tail light and switched both bulbs out for me. He even apologized for having me out in the cold, but I was more than thankful to stand there and have his help. I wouldn’t have been able to replace them myself, so another BIG thank you to Doug!

Jamie, and I believe his name was Stephen were very helpful today, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely go again and recommend these two

Walked in to get a head light. gentleman started to look up my item when another customer walked in he stopped helping me. started helping another customer Left me at the register my stuff pulled up on the screen just went about helping this other person maybe it's because he's a male and I'm a female I don't know I just felt like I didn't matter anymore I didn't exist in that man's world it's sad you can't walk into a place and get help but luckily I had AutoZone to help me Will never go back to an O'Reilly's anywhere I don't care if it's the only auto parts place around I will drive miles to another one just to get what I need

Very helpful. Got the right part... On the first trip. Can't back for another item the next day. The gentleman printed me out a diagnostic of the post requiring repair, and as I was leaving, said that there was a wiring harness, and the price, and they had it on hand. Thankfully, I remembered that, because the sensor might have needed replacing, but the working harness was the actual problem. The wires were shot.

Stopped in for some windshield wiper blades. The manager is the one who came up to help me. (Adam, I believe) He checked for the blades I needed and the inventory in the system didn’t match what they had in store, leaving me with just one of the two I needed. Adam apologized and gave me a higher rated blade for the same price which I really appreciated. He offered to put them on and carried on friendly conversation as he did. (He didn’t seem annoyed as some auto parts employees are when they do things for you) The only feedback as far as improvement would be to not lay the purchased items on the vehicles. I am very cautious with my car and that made me nervous. But he was excellent and would recommend others go to this location.
