Dominic is a fabulous O'Reilly guy! I was looking at having to buy a new transmission for $4,900 when I thought the Lube Guard Shutter Fix didn't work in my 6 Speed Ford Transmission, 1st treatment worked great. I put a second treatment and it still shuttered. I was totally bummed out. It did throw a code the 2nd time and Dominic read the code, it was a cylinder 4 intermittent misfire! Usually when a coil goes bad it runs horrible continuously. It was the coil and it was under warranty. Dominic looked it up swapped it out and it has no shutter and runs like NEW!! Dominic to the Rescue! Unbelievable, saved me $4900. Yes I would do an ad for O'Reilly's anytime! LOLOL

I was 8 hours from home and needed an alternator replacement. Hope went above and beyond to help find documentation of my previous purchase and get my replacement part. She made the process so easy. She deserves a huge raise.

Great experience. Checked my battery and did a qood job helping me determine which one to replace with and installed the new one very quickly!

I needed help replacing my break lights. Dominic took his time to see which one's I needed and made sure I wasn't spending extra on anything unnecessary. After I purchased the lights, he helped me replace them. 10/10 customer service! Thanks for your help Dominic 👍

These guys are always helpful and have helped me out more than a couple times. My battery terminal was loose I asked if there was any way they could help me because of my limited strength in my right hand he immediately got his tools and came out and replaced it for me
