4/11/2025 at 5:15 pm. 1210 N.Tracy Blvd I went into this location looking to purchase a rear signal light for my 2017 Gmc terrin. I had the app pulled up on my phone and I proceeded to grab 2 lights that fits my car, 1 amber in color, and 1 clear. I get to the register and proceed to explain what I was looking for. I had a problem pronouncing the word Rear. There was a older black gentleman who I assume was a manager or something he says to me.. "you alright buddy.. in a rude type of way. As if I didn't know what I was talking about, because I was asking questions. Anyways as I proceed to inquire about my rear signal light to figure which is the right one, the amber or the clear. Here comes old Mr. KNOWITALL with his Hot shot attitude asking me what color are turning signals? I said yello

Tried calling 2/4/26 at 6:43 pm let it ring for over a min no answer I call that bad customer service

They get parts fast . Specificly i was calling around for a tie rod end on my 71 nova . It was after 4pm and O'Reillys was the only place that said they would have it @ 10am tomorrow . long to the short pleased

This location is the best and most helpful auto part store in the area. I use the commercial side of the store a lot and they have a guy name juan back there that is awesome, he always goes above and beyond finding those hard to find parts. The manager Mark runs a amazing store, always professional and super friendly. It truly makes it a great experience every time.
