I usually don’t mind the service I like a lot of people that work there but one person in particular cussed me out as I was walking out the door and threatened me. I don’t appreciate being talked down to like I’m stupid because I’m a female that doesn’t know much about parts. I get that people have bad days but being unprofessional in a work place is just unacceptable. I walked in there to return a part and got told I couldn’t because I had already tried to put it on my car. I bought the part from that o’rileys and they used my license plate to look it up in the system it is not my fault it did not fit. The man’s name is Billy. Start treating your customers with respect!!

I'm from out of town was coming through for my daughter's basketball game and started hearing a noise couldn't believe my eyes. And came over here to O'Reilly's and gentleman named Jr I showed him what was going on and told him I did not have enough much money and he was able to help me out I can't thank them enough for their generosity if it was just for me to borrow a couple other tools

This place was awesome. I had to change wipers and they dealt with it in 5 minutes. I came in ordered the wipers they went and changed them and gave me the bill. Impressive stuff. Impressive employees here. Highly recommend the Trenton Missouri location.

Staff are usually nice but I needed windshield wipers in the middle of a storm. There was a tornado warning and they had the doors locked. We had a car full of kids. Someone opened the door and said their boss called and said not to let anyone in due to the storm. I would hope this isn't the norm if people are in a dangerous situation. If there is a Tornado warning and a family standing outside your business, best to let them in for safety at least..or let me get some windshield wipers so we could see. I understand the liability but care for life should outweigh the chance you risk liability. I was disappointed in that experience but on a normal day, I have no problems with this business at all.
