I went in to buy antifreeze for my 2011 Nissan Titan and just wanted to double-check that I had the right one before paying. I grabbed a universal coolant and asked Amber to confirm it would work. She said that different vehicles use different types, which I understand. But when I tried to clarify that I had been told before that this one would work and just wanted confirmation, her attitude completely changed. She cut me off and said, “It’s not my vehicle. I can’t tell you what to do. I don’t care.” That response felt dismissive and unprofessional. I wasn’t asking for a personal opinion — I was just asking for help before making a purchase. I asked to speak with a manager. The assistant manager, Ray, answered my product question but did not address the interaction. When I asked whether

The manager Nanaboh was very rude. Even rude to the old lady that was ahead of me. The clerks were annoyed and weren’t very helpful either. The clerk that helped the old lady ahead of me was argumentative with the customer. The clerk, David, seemed annoyed and acted as if he didn’t want to help. The district manager, Lawrence, was absolutely no help was so ever. Getting ahold of him is impossible. Even his boss, Grady, tried to contact him, but couldn’t. The Albuquerque manager was more helpful than all of these guys combined. Buy from Gallup or Albuquerque. The Tse bonito store workers are rude. Or buy from a different store all together.

Just FYI, they will not install rear wiper blades in the winter. Reasoning that they tend to break it becasue of how fragile and the plastic of the blade holder are. Poster that quotes "Free installation with every blade purchased" does not apply for rear window wiper blade in the winter.

David has been a really great help finding parts for my truck. Great guy and is good at what he's doing. Great attitude and is friendly as always. Give the guy a raise he deserves it. He goes above and beyond.
