Had to come in for new windshield wipers; the employee Hunter helped me figure out which ones work best with my vehicle and even helped install them for me. The whole team is super helpful and welcoming. Will be returning for all my car shopping needs.

Our brakes basically failed tonight and we were almost in an accident. We went to get brake fluid. Upon further inspection it was discovered by the employee we have a hole in our wheel cylinder. He not only gave us a great price but when we told him we are struggling and had a friend who would help us fix it but didn't know if he had a jack, he loaned us his. He went out of his way to provide such amazing customer service. Resolved my faith in humanity after a very rough day.

Every time I come in there for advice or anything I need from my automotive stuff they're always friendly professional and I always feel welcome Anthony the store manager is awesome I would also like to give a big shout out to EC and Ash and also Hunter those three I see the most and they're awesome

The store manager (Anthony, I think, was his name) helped me select & install new wiper blades in under 5 minutes, making this a super easy errand to accomplish on my lunch-break during my workday! From one customer service employee to another, thanks for excellent service! ☺️

My car battery died and O’Reilly was the closest auto parts store - EC and Hunter were extremely helpful and friendly with my husband and I! I also bought windshield wipers and they helped me replace them. Highly recommend them!
