I’m writing this review to share a concerning experience involving a referral connected to O’Reilly Auto Parts. A friend of mine — a single woman traveling alone across the country — had her check engine light come on. In an unfamiliar area, she relied on local guidance and was directed to someone operating under the name “JJJ Automotive.” The listed address appears to be a residence, yet the work was performed at what was described as a shop. The repair itself should have been simple — a part costing around $70 and roughly a 10-minute fix. However, during the repair, the mechanic broke a hose clamp, which added an additional $36 charge. Heading back to NC from CA in our 2004 Class A. We needed new wiper blades. Dave ( an older guy if I used the wrong name) was friendly & professional. Showed him pictures of how our wiper blades were attached and he went in the back and presented a pair of blades which had the unique way of attaching the blades to our wipers. Its this kind of employee who strives to help you out that keeps us going back to O’Reilly’s where ever we our on the country.

I was on a cross-country trip with my family and I needed to make sure that my oil and my coolant were topped off. It was a little after seven, and they were weren’t even open yet, but the gentleman came out and asked if he could help me. He not only assessed what I needed for my car, but he also helped me put the stuff in and made sure I was good to go and on my way. Great place, super kind staff.

We were on a 2200 mile road trip from my home in Michigan to San Diego. It was 104 degrees in the dessert and we were stuck in traffic for 40 minutes at 2 mph because a lane was closed on I-40. My 15yo daughter was driving and the sun was beating down on our 2021 Highlander Hybrid and we had the A/C cranked. She finally merged into one lane and began to speed up the mountain.
