Miller was such a great help. Our car lost the alternator while heading from Florida to Michigan. He help with testing the battery and charging system to verify it was the alternator. We pulled the battery, he charged it while letting me borrow tools to pull and replace the alternator. Took 30 minutes, battery was charged. He declined a tip as he stated they are not allowed to take tips. But asked for a review. Do this man right management. He deserves a “good job”. At least. Thank you Miller!

Great customer service and they had what I need in store too

I called the store to inquire about a fuel pump for my wife's van. I spoke to Brian and and he ordered a replacement Prescion fuel pump after receiving 3 bad Delphi pumps from Autozone. The Delphi pumps were powering on after installation, but delivering zero fuel - only bubbles. I installed the Prescion fuel pump after calling the store and confirming the pump was correct for the vehicle and the new pump came right on and started delivering fuel to the rail. Excellent customer service from Brian and I will ONLY get replacement parts from this location from now on.

My husband needed to replace his power steering pump and needed it like now. The guy that was working at this location on the 17th of March around noon(I'm so sorry he couldn't remember your name) was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help my husband with what he needed. Could not have asked for better service. We really appreciate you and hope you get recognized for your hardwork.

I went across the street to their competitor to get what I needed to complete repairs on my AC system. They didn't have a vacuum pump so I went to O'Reilly's and they loaned me one for free. Great place and great friendly people
