Im giving 5 stars because of a young man that was working tonight was incredibly helpful and generous with his time and help. I unfortunately forgot his name, I was a hot mess at first. He knows who he is and I want to thank him again.

I shop at O'Reilly Auto parts quite a bit for both work and personal needs. Most of the time I can find what I need. If not they can order it, same day sometimes. Never disappoints.

I went to the store to by a coil pack for my truck. I asked the assistant manager Timmy at the desk if he would look up my phone number first to see if I had bought spark plugs because I was trying to eliminate things that could be the possible issue before I spent the money on the coil packs. He totally ignored my request to look up my phone number and see if I had bought spark plugs and continued to ask me what vehicle it was on pushing the sale of the coil pack. He did price the coil pack for me and I asked him again to look up my phone number to see my purchases and I told him I have had the truck for 10 years and it was very low mileage and whenever he said there has been no spark plugs purchased. I asked him how far he looked back and he only looked back for the previous two years of
