The associates are so nice. And we always get what we need, and when we have to order parts they arrive on time.

Best people here. They know their stuff! Name dropping Donavan, Charles, Joanna, Kat and Andrae! They are all so helpful and go above and beyond to help.

Crew still needs some fine tuning with the exception of Charles I believe. I used to sell parts and he's the guy you want helping you. Can't fake knowledge. Nobody there can turn rotors due to lack of training. Not their fault. That's a management problem above store level. Can't advertise something and not train your people. Overall good crew.

The parts were correct and worked. One employee, because of a personal social problem, went out of their job description and told me I couldn't be inside the store. The manager knew nothing of this situation and when I confronted the manager he said nothing. Not a word. When I contacted the corporate office they said they would be in touch in the next few days with some plan or resolution. It has been well over a week now with no communication. I guess being just a customer isn't enough. Maybe the employees can buy all the parts they need to sell.Only shop here if your friends of friends of Orielys. Very discriminating, sad, pathetic and totally unprofesional.
