I don’t typically write reviews. Whether positive or negative. However, I gotta give credit where credit is due on this one. I really hope someone in management reads this. Your employee, Emma killed it. Extremely kind, professional, and helped me run a couple of diagnostic tests. Got what I needed and was out. Will only use this store now because of her. Keep it up!

Went in to get a new car battery. Assistant Manager Andrew was a very polite and helpful person. Got me in and out and even swapped the battery for me. Great customer service, very friendly and helpful staff. Very pleasant first time experience at this store.

I'm not usually one to bother leaving reviews, but the store in Meadville PA has great customer service and problem solving skills. I was having trouble finding the correct light bulb for my vehicle at the auto zone up the street, so I came here. The girl at the counter quickly ran into the same problem I had at autozone, but instead of giving up she used some good problem solving skills... and that's how I discovered a previous owner of my vehicle had really messed up the wiring and installed parts that aren't even compatible with my vehicle. She found the part I needed and I was on my way. Somebody give this girl a raise
