Walked into the store this morning and as I came up to the counter the employee says "sup"!. What ever happened good morning. Anyway needed a transmission filter and gasket for 2013 GMC . He asked a bunch questions about tranny gasket. I told him the truck is outside so I went out and crawled underneath the truck to see what kind of pan I had( I'm only 66 by the way) . Got back in an he was involved with another customer. I went across to Auto Zone .. no questions asked . Very friendly and courteous. Got what I needed and didn't even have to crawl under the truck again.

I understand sometimes we have our days but the employee that “assisted” me today was rude.He was rude to other customers and on the phone he had no patience. I knew exactly what I wanted but it seemed like everything I said was wrong. I had to ask another employee for assistance because the other employee got mad at me and left. I wasn’t rude or anything, I was just unsure of the fluid I needed. It was my first time coming. Never again. I guess one dollar lost lol

Jason has great customer service. will definitely make this my go to auto part store.

Wonderful Associates! Knowledgeable, Friendly but their price's are a good 10-12.00 more than Walmart. In my opinion thats not so smart considering that they are only 2 mins apart.
