I recently needed help replacing the wiper blades on my 2022 Subaru Forester, and Rick and Joe went above and beyond to get the job done right. After trying several options that didn’t fit, they didn’t give up—they took the time to troubleshoot and identify the only blade that worked: the Bosch ICON 26OE with Adapter 6. Their patience, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. Thanks to Rick and Joe, I now have properly working wipers and peace of mind for the road ahead. Highly recommend their help to anyone who wants the job done thoroughly and right the first time!

On our way to Florida for vacation I had car trouble on the highway. Pulled off and found this O’Reillys store. Went in and asked for an engine diagnostic test. Courtney helped me out and we were able to figure out what the issue was. Since we are on our way to vacation I had no tools with me. Courtney let me use the store tools for this job. She was truly so helpful since I was basically stranded not being anywhere close to home. Fixed up the car in the parking lot. Courtney was able to reset the code for me and had me on my way. Can’t thank her enough for the help. 10/10.
