I had been a long time customer dating back to when we still owned Toyotas. Knew people who work there and I was always accomodated from small parts to oils, etc. I trust them.

Staff was nice and attentive. I only had a question about some parts for my car. As soon as one of the clerks saw me, he did ask me how can I help you. He knew what I needed and was really helpful. They didn’t have the part that I requested, but the clerk was nice and told me that it was available in another store. He even told me the address. So, I definitely recommend this place for buying your auto parts.

Took key fob to get a new battery, got home to find out it was wrong battery the guy installed. Went back now 2 guys didn’t know what to do. So I bought a battery from another store and installed it myself. -10 rating for this store!!

I went in to purchase a replacement battery for my 2016 Kia Forte. I was given a very good price. The customer service was amazing! It was fast, courteous, and so helpful as they installed my battery for me at no charge. Rocky was the manager on duty and he gave me the best customer service I could of asked for!! I will always go back.
