Amber is always very helpful, and refuses to not find a part or help with a solution to my auto needs. It never mattered if it was for a 58 farmall cub, 66 mustang or my dodge dart, she will find it. On my way home to Fort Mill from Hilton Head, my Bronco's alternator began acting up and draining my battery. After being almost stranded at a gas station, I pulled into O'Reilly's to buy a new battery. They didn't have the one I needed in stock. However, the super helpful employee told me there was another parts store just down the road that would probably have it in stock. He cautioned me that they wouldn't switch out the new battery for my old one. Knowing I didn't have the tools or know-how myself, the extremely nice employee told me to come back after purchasing the battery and he would change it out. True to his word, in the rain, he changed out a battery I didn't even purchase from their store! That's won my business from now own! Kudos to O'Reilly's outstanding customer service mix

I was happy with this location because I went in to get some transmission fluid for a Honda, with only the knowledge that 'Hondas require a very specific transmission fluid.' The guy working the register was kind enough to share with me the fact that there is a selection of reasonably priced alternatives which I would not have found otherwise. I wish I could remember his name to give him credit but unfortunately I can not remember. Either way, with his great attitude and selflessness, he will not need my humble endorsement anyway, I pray he, and you the reader is blessed.

Wed am may 7. I politely asked manager lady to check my mower battery. She said “ I can’t because there is another battery on the charger and it will take at least 2 hours.” I asked if she could disconnect battery on charger and check mine real quick. She rudely said no I can’t do that. So I went to auto zone 2 blocks down and got great service. Battery was shot and I spent $70. In their store. Guess I found a good place for me to be a regular customer

Good parts and usually have them in stock. Pretty pricey compared to some of the other stores in the area. 4.97 for an ACDelco oil filter for a Tahoe at Walmart vs 13.99 at here. This is just one example.
