Great customer service! Asked about wipers end how to clean cloudy headlights for my 2011 Toyota. Robbie recommended wipers and a headlight kit and I was thankful. He put on the wipers and showed me how also. Another male associate was very kind to my 89 year old dad as I spoke to Robbie. We were in and out within 10 minutes. Thanks for the great service and kindness!!

Went in to get one thing, put it on the counter and proceeded to wait until they completed four calls, to ring me up. It took 10 seconds to ring up the part but I waited at least 7 minutes for service. I never feel comfortable going into this place. It's like they're trying to discourage people like me from going there. It's working

Price gouging at its worst. I was in a hurry and ran by for a gallon of plain Valvoline Dex/Merc transmission fluid. I noticed the price seemed crazy high at $36.28 with tax but I thought with the gas prices and everything else going up it must be right. Later the same day I was at Walmart a mile up the street and it was almost half the price of Oreilly. If I scan the same jug that I bought from Oreilly using my Walmart app its almost half the price. I'll not go back for anything!

I have never experienced problems in this location, so I attribute any issues tonight to the store closing within an hour. I walked into the store and was not greeted. I spent approximately 7-8 minutes on an aisle trying to determine which specific item I needed to purchase. Not one time did anyone acknowledge me or ask if I needed help.I did learn all about the cashier’s fiancé’s cat and him hiding in the dashboard for three days. I waited while she went to get her card and purchase two drinks. I then waited till she paid for her items and then she came to ring up my purchase. Just be a little more attentive folks.

Went in to purchase parts. Four associates looked my way and never acknowledged my presence. One was more worried about hanging a picture then walked to the counter turned his back to me and proceeded to arrange his mat. Two others passed by while one stood at the back of the store looking and never said a word. You lost my business and I will shop elsewhere.
