Just went in for new wipers and was helped by Gavin and Grant! They both came outside to put them on my truck on this cold, rainy, lousy, windy day. I was so happy I bought a hat which fits great. Oh and OMG i did need new wipers big difference. I can see!!! Good job boys!!!! And thank you soooo much❤️❤️❤️
I went in and I was going to buy a wiper blade. I needed some help putting it on. Employee Mike told me no. I left. Don’t go to this location. I was shocked. If he’s of given an explanation or something I’d understand. I understand customer service is tough when ur not busy at all.. Sad to see how one sad employee can tarnish the whole front of an otherwise great business. I went to advanced auto parts and had a great experience:)
Store Manager Mike B has helped me on numerous occasions helping me every step of the way. Making sure i got everything i need to do the job. Been here many times and will be back again. great staff and great delivery time on parts.
The thing that makes this the best auto part location is their employees. i’ve dealt with Danielle, Logan, Mason, and Donnie, and they’re all amazing employees. always ask for one of them if you want fantastic service.
Big thanx to Logan! Super nice guy. Tested my battery, helped me pick out a new one and then installed it for free. An all around decent human being.
