I had a great experience at the O’Reilly Auto Parts in Waterloo. I believe the employee who helped me was Dustin, who was especially helpful and communicative throughout my visit. He took the time to answer my questions, explain options clearly, and make sure I had exactly what I needed. Customer service like this makes a big difference. Dustin was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and the overall experience was efficient and pleasant. I’ll definitely be returning to this location and appreciate the great service.

Nicolas was EXTREMELY helpful, patient with me and polite. The other employees I met their were as well. I had a bad experience at other nearby auto parts store near by. So it was a breath of fresh air dealing with him. He even came out in the rain and helped me pin point the issue with my car. O'Reilly in waterloo has gained a loyal customer for life. Thanks for all the help and professionalism.

The guys here replaced my battery and made sure my battery cables were cleaned up as best as they could of corrosion. They took their time and did a great job. Great experience.
