I ordered a heater hose and the manager told me it will be here at 5:00 coming from Hattiesburg and I showed up at 5:30 and was told no they don’t run today it’s a holiday I drove 12 miles to town just for that so now Auto Zone has my business

Great staff / great atmosphere and parts counter people know what they're talking about. Never had a mistake at that store unlike other parts stores. I trust there knowledge on parts for my vehicle. Desiree and Rose and Melissa and Dylan are the most awesome parts pros I've dealt with at the counters love the whole staff

Usually has what you looking for and if they don't they can get it ordered pretty soon pretty fast they're loaner tools I've used myself and has got me through a pretty big job for at home and I had nothing but the but the deposit money tied up in it and you get that back after that you return the tool.

Oreilly Auto Parts is one of the only parts stores that can get special orders the next day. The stores are always clean, and the staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional.
