O'Reilly Auto Parts

I strongly advise against shopping at this O'Reilly location. My experience was terrible on multiple levels. The store was unclean, and I saw roaches in the retail area. The staff seemed poorly managed by Jason & Chad, and I witnessed what appeared to be internal theft. To make matters worse, the product I purchased was broken. The prices are high for this abysmal level of service and quality. I will not be returning.

I came in tonight after work, trying to find oil for my car because it was bone dry and I’m just a girl and one of the associates here named Chad was amazing and super helpful. He went above and beyond for his customer service he helped me put the oil in my car and gave me so many tips and advice for future car maintenance that I will be putting into action for my car and I appreciate him so much for the help and assistance that he gave me tonight.

My experience was very nice, Chad was very helpful in getting my battery out of my car and installing a new one. Thank you again, have a blessed day

These folks are always super helpful every time I go here. Always ready to help. Unlike the other guys down the street whom are rude and have just a nasty attitude towards customers. Great job O'Reilly's
