It must have been a bad day for this place, because they messed up badly on something simple. My mechanic contacted them for a specific fuse with exact specifications and even a photo, and they said they had it in stock. When I arrived there, the fuse was clearly a wrong one, and they did not have the correct one in the first place. Worse, the lady up front at the time was very snotty about it. Maybe this was the site's growing pains, lack of training, or an unskilled worker, but I wasted 30 minutes of my time. The O'Reilly's in Southern Pines is way better, very professional and friendly, and always helpful.

O'Reilly Auto Parts are fortunate to have employees such as Julie and Christian at the 7435 NC HWY 22 store in Whispering Pines, NC. Both have excellent customer service skills. They took care of the issues I had with my vehicle and made sure my concerns were addressed.

My daughter’s car battery died. She has a ford…if you know, you know. Getting battery out was a horrendous experience. Finally got it out and brought battery up to Oreillys in whispering pines. Aiyden was awesome. He immediately put it on the charger and verified the battery was still good. Got it charged and got me on my way. Extremely grateful for his customer service and getting me o”taken care of quickly. Thank you!

The assistant manager and Store manager were super helpful today.

Been here a couple times and every time the staff has been extremely helpful. Highly recommend talking to Christian. Very knowledgeable and a good guy. Def will return in the future.
