The store manager is not a good person to deal with he lies and says he will order the part and never does
They helped i said HELPED!!!! me change a alternator I bought online how's that WONDERFUL their customer service is
They didn't have the money at 9am to give my cash back for tools I've rented
Their service is not the greatest . Over the phone they told me my part is in stock and when I should up the one guy didn't even wanna look for it n told me they didn't have it
I walked in and gave the gentleman a little heckling and he gave it back to me in good spirits. He was extremely friendly and helpful. I needed some wiper blades for my car and he offered to help me install them. I appreciate customer service like this .
