Tasha, the assistant manager at O’Reilly auto parts on Castle Hayne Road at 2612 helped me diagnosed what was wrong with my vehicle… And she did it with a smile. She also had me pop my hood in the battery terminals for me… Excellent Employee and I will be buying my parts from the store just because of her.
Tasha was AMAZING!!! Stopped in this morning because we broke down on the side of the road from snapping a pulley on a older truck and she helped us get everything we needed to get us back on the road. She was very knowledgeable and I polite. I completely recommend asking for her if you're ever in the store. She went above and beyond.Couldn't ask for better customer service
