Tested my battery 19 days ago and gave me a good battery result. My fiancé changed my starter since it wasn’t the battery according to O’reilly’s he thought it may be the starter. $280 and 19 days later my car is completely dead. He jump started the car and behold we found that it was the battery. Luis did my battery check and I’ve been going to O’reilly’s for a while. I’ll not be going back. Could have spent the $280 towards a new battery.
Always a good experience here, very friendly staff. Nice to have this location close to home.. I wish O'Reilly's had a better reward program.. I think the current one is useless, but that isn't related to this specific location obviously. Thanks again..
Luis is a life saver! We were in town to visit our daughter at college and had a dead battery. He was so kind and patient and got it taken care of.
Great store manger was super nice help me get a armor cargo net ordered online and shipped to the store and bathrooms were nice and clean which most place aren't
We loved the service provided by Luis! Will definitely come back again.
