I appreciate the positive attitude from each employee as they go out of their way to help, even if you need your battery changed as I had witness one of them do for a customer. That’s service with a smile.

Shout out to Dennis and Kevin . My lincoln battery is hidden halfway under my dash and without going to the Ford house or other shop is next to impossible to remove and replace. Not only did they a honor the warranty on the battery,Dennis with the support of Kevin spent almost an hour replacing it on Christmas Eve instead of making me find a shop to replace the battery. They are helpful and amazing. Highly recommend.

Anthony was kind, quick, courteous and helpful. He even came in to work on his birthday. Be sure to ask for Anthony, definitely a knowledgeable and customer caring associate. Thank you Anthony.

Not only do they sale auto parts but they will walk out and look at your vehicle and help you anyway they can. Great customer service.. I will only use O'Reilly's in Winnsboro from now on.
