I was looking for some parts and had a wonderful experience! Alanna went above and beyond to help me and explain what I needed. She was very knowledgeable, and nice. I will be personally looking for her if I ever need anything else in the future!

Went to business to purchase a battery and to have it changed by them since that is a service they provide. There were 3 employees in the store. I made it to the front of the line and was rudely helped by the employee. After I purchased the battery, I was informed I could not be helped with the battery change as they did not have the “special tool” needed for the change. I was never informed what the tool was. I went to Firestone who gladly helped me change my battery. This place is unprofessional, workers are lazy and will not willingly help you with car issues. Do not go here unless you enjoy waisting your time.

Unprofessional employees who would rather watch you from behind service desk. Whisper to one another about how I didn't know what I was doing or what I really needed and where to look etc. I needed touch-up paint forthe scratches on my GMC. I asked the "girl" employee where to find the paint and how to look up my color code. Rudely stated the isle it would be on and told me to call the dealership and ask for the color code. Man she did not want to be bothered with my needs. The guy working with her heard me ask for help, and I didn't realize I was invisible and mute. It was very frustrating. I don't see myself returning to this particular store.🤬😤 Sincerely, Angie Pickler

O O O O'Riley auto parts! This store was clean and accessible. Friendly old guy at register. No paper funnels here. The guy said the store doesn't let them have them. We got 2 quarts of motor oil. Our jeep loves it! It was not busy at 9:36. They have fire extinguishers here. They offer lots of supplies. You could get everything to change your oil here. They sell little Joe's car air fresheners.

Great customer service. Great knowledge and Patience. Will.work with you. I would come back again.
