Orem Mazda Service

Nice people but pricey and slow. Over 3 hours for a tire/oil change when I had an appointment. What’s the point of making an appointment when other services just override yours? Also 120 for filter changes is insane when they cost about 60 bucks for parts. That labor is not worth double cost. Only reason I come is for the free oil. Otherwise there are better places to go.

I have come to this dealership ever since buying my car. Great service from Alex, Luis, Blake. They fixed a flat for me today for free, and I was so thankful. I had to go to work, and it was done quickly within one hour. I get all my oil changes and maintenance done here.

Mazda service the name says it all they service Mazda cars and they have the best service and the best people in the best Mazdas known to man so get in here quick while you can because this is the best service station you’ll ever be in they even have free drinks thanks Mazda you’re the best zoom zoom

Orem Mazda is awesome! Blake is always helpful and he always makes sure our needs are met. Staff is Patient, kind and understanding.

Couldn’t of asked for a better experience I’m from Spokane Wa came to Orem for a funeral noticed my CX-30 was leaking oil stopped by Mazda and Alex Haro had me drive right in needed a new gasket on my drain plug they changed it put oil in and washed it Alex and Sandy was so sweet polite professional one of many reasons why I love Mazda thank you guys again for taking such good care of me and my car your amazing.
