First time replacing a wheel. I found these guys on the web and called and spoke with Jessica and she assured me I had the correct wheel and walked me trough the ordering process. The wheel arrived on time and in the expected condition. Packaging was great! I could tell they care about their product.

I made a mistake on the first order with the color I believed the rim to be and after some thought I sent Jessica some photos and she communicated with me and stayed patient with me to make sure I was getting the right color match , she was able to switch the color and sent me my new invoice right away. I purchase two 21” Audi S8 rims a few months apart. First one was tru and straight. Second one had a real bad power coating that was sprayed on right over the original coating. When I took it to my local rim shop to install the tire, they discovered that the barrel was bent. The front and the back of the rim were balanced out by shaving material off to get it within tolerances. For paying over $700 I figured it would have been purchasing a rim that is in like new condition. Will look elsewhere if I ever need another replacement rim.
