Poor customer service. Came in to buy oil and was compleatly blown away by what i whitnessed. Watched them dehumanize a gentalman and on the sly make fun of his lack of knowledge, they refused to honor a retired vets discount right infront of me then hasseled him on an exchange of a faulty part he had just bought from them. HE EVEN HAD RECEPT IN HAND! Avoid these guys at all costs. Staff needs training or more over they just need better staff!. This made me completely sick to see this go down. In the end I put my oil back and left. I would not spend a penny at an establishment that could treat someone whome sacrificed all to serve the country and now to be treated in such a way . Shame on O'Reilly auto parts
