After not at fault accident back in September and dealing with a very unhelpful insurance company that was trying to get the work done cheaprate, I got in touch with Grant Glasser at Orlando Auto Body. They immediately got the relevant info and got in touch with the insurance giving them an estimate on what the actual costs would be. They organized the rental car for me that the insurance company told me a) I was not entitled to and then b) told me I only had it for 4 days which included a weekend when Orlando wasn't open. They tried to bully me but Orlando took over dealing with them. It took about 24 days for the full work to be done and I had weekly updates from Murphy as to what was being done, including letting me know when the replacement door was damaged and what the turn around wa

I had a bad experience with the window company that installed my new windshield, they left a bad scratch on my door , they didn’t move my car and it was all scratched up, I called Orlando to see if I could come get a estimate, they gave me the estimate immediately while I waited . I asked if I could leave it while I was out of town , and Yes my car was fixed while I was out of town. I picked it up the next morning and everything looks awesome. The gals in that office wentover and beyond with their customer service . the night I dropped off my car, I didn’t have a ride home and she drove me home.I will definitely use them again .

Came in for an oil change. Staff was very friendly. Waiting room was clean and inviting, plus they had free snacks and water. Overall phenomenal experience!!!

I have had an absolutely awesome experience with these folks. I have been dealing with Kim and Robin at the Gilbert location and these gals are outstanding. They handled the insurance company and kept myself updated on everything! Orlando's is the only auto body shop I will deal with. They sure made it easy and are extreme professionals. Look no further?
