We bought a car in October 2024. By the time we got home, the transmission was slipping and the car was lunging so bad we were worried it would cause a wreck. Luckily we had bought the top of the line extended warranty with it for $4000. We contacted Orr and brought the car back in. We went back and forth and long story short, we finally got our car 5 months later with a new transmission charged to the warranty company. We just kept being told how much integrity the company had and that we would be taken care of. At one point during the 5 months of not having the car, we asked if we could just pick another car, a more expensive one, and pay the difference. I had two coupons: one for an oil change and one for a tire rotation. I alerted the service manager of this when I arrived. When it was time to pay, they claimed that you could only use one coupon at a time. When I asked why they didn't inform me of this from the beginning, before the services were performed, whenever I told them that I had two coupons, he just shrugged and didn't seem to care, saying he was moving back to Arizona soon anyway. They also charged me for 6 quarts of oil even though the oil capacity of my 2018 Nissan Murano is only 5.1 quarts, which is tantamount to theft.

Last week, I was on a road trip with my mom from Dallas, TX to Branson, MO. My car broke down on the highway only 3 hours from our destination. We got towed to Orr Nissan after calling 2 other dealers that did not sound like they could help. We arrived near closing time but the service manager was so great! He gave us a ride to the airport to get a rental car and recommended an awesome audio book series. They said that they might have it done by Saturday depending on the part that is needed. The next day, I called to check on the status of the car and it was done! They had to replace the water pump. Everything was covered by warranty. We spent the next day of our vacation worry-free. ME and my family recently paid Orr $8,240. This was to replace the engine, radiator and a few other things they told us that needed to be replaced and my family being the good-hearted trusting Mexican people we are we trusted them. Yes it took us a lot longer then most to come up with that kind of money but we did it. The long awaited day finally came and I went to pick up my car last Saturday drove it home parked it, got back in it to go to the car wash and the engine light starts flashing, loses all power and the motor all of a sudden sounds like it has a massive exhaust leak. So I parked it , heartbroken because I had to call and tell my sisters who put a majority of the money up that my car is once again broke down.
