ORTEGA SMOG & REPAIR

This place is awesome I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends , and will be back myself , thanks to the guy tito in the back for his honesty and great work .

They got the work done but I noticed they tried to take a little longer than needed for the repair even though they only had 2 cars on the lot during my experience. The guy told me the part was going to take time to receive/dropped off but one the the staff their was the one who I saw take a while to go get the part himself when he wasn't working on any other car. They are also very pricey, charged me $500+ for a battery and fan fix. The guy said my car was going to "shake/rattle" if they didn't do some kind of special code/fix to the new battery which I thought was very odd but as a single parent I was stressing over my car so I was fooled in the moment into getting the service done to go back to work ASAP but will not be going back since I feel it was a bit dishonest.

I love this shop I have been getting my oil changed & filters changed here for years!!!! Great service & very polite service men!!!!

Terrible buisiness. Charge a lot for hidden fees. Do not ever purchase off Groupon.

Came for an oil change and tire rotation Clean, fast, efficient, very polite gentleman definitely made my morning easy
