Ortega Tire Shop is like a racetrack pit crew we can all use!!! -3 ton Jacks lined up in front. 3 lifts. -Staff are always looking for who is pulling in the driveway, they try to understand your issue and get to work on it immediately. -Sometimes you'll have 2 to 3 guys working on just your car, depending on the workload and depth of crew at that time but they always go WAY above and beyond to get you back on the road. -I got an Oil change, tires rotated and a nail in my tire was all fixed for $100 (not a typo). -They let me know I'd need front brakes within 5k miles and rear brakes in about 15K miles without me even asking about that. -Rates vary but they even do semi trucks, trailers, UTV's or anything with wheels.

First I must say that these guys work hard and get it done right. I called and Yasmin the owners daughter answered very politely and said they can fit me in for 4 tires installed and balanced also I needed a front end wheel alignment. They had me all set and done in 1.5 hours. I would give these guys 10 stars if possible. Seriously fast service and very nice people.

Fixed a flat tire (nail in the tire) is no less than 5 minutes. I thought I was on the pit stop for the Daytona 500. And charged less than $20. Best tire experience I’ve ever had. 10 stars!

I wish I could give 100 stars!!! We had an unfortunate blowout on alligator alley and we thought we we’re screwed! We called and they had the tires size we needed and were able to get us in and out in 20 minutes tops! Friendly service techs and receptionist, we can’t thank you enough for saving our vacation!!!!
