Excellent and friendly service! My clutch died and I needed my car towed to a shop across town. Juan Carlos gave me a very reasonable price up front. He drove me and the car to the shop, waited while I talked to the mechanic, and drove me home (as I didn’t live far from where he was going). Fantastic! If I ever need a tow again I’ll be calling Ortiz.

Great service! He was able to get to my house in 20 minutes and finished jumping my car within 10 minutes. Prices are competitive and everyone was super nice! Definitely recommend

Carlos went above and beyond when he came out to change my tire. I didn’t have the proper tool to lower the replacement tire, so he went out of his way to go pick one up and then came back to finish the job. The whole experience was awesome—communication was great, and his patience and willingness to help me out in a tough spot was more than kind. I would highly recommend this company, and especially Carlos, to anyone in need of roadside assistance!
