I had originally scheduled a tow for my F150 that needed to be moved by the end of the day with a different company and after several hours of waiting through their overpromising and underdelivering, I cancelled with them. After a quick Google search, I found Ortiz Towing nearby. Victor answered my call quickly, took down my information, gave me what I feel to be a reasonable price for the distance, and told me he’d be there in 30 minutes. He showed up within the time frame promised and quickly loaded my truck. After driving to the destination, he unloaded my truck where I needed it to go and the payment process was quick and easy. I had a great experience using Ortiz towing. This family owned towing company did a great job. They were able to tow my truck very quickly and take it to my mechanic. Victor was very polite and communicated very well. He was very careful loading and unloading my vehicle which I greatly appreciated. He went above and beyond a normal towing assignment. I thought my whole day was ruined but Victor made this quick and easy. Paying was also very simple and fast. I would highly recommend using Ortiz Towing

Ortiz Towing did an awesome job when my daughter’s car broke down on a busy street. Neither of us could stay with the car or be home for the drop off. Pictures were taken and sent so I knew what was happening from pick up to drop off. They are professional, honest and efficient. We will definitely use again if the need arises.
