Oscar's is a local, indepedently-owned, small business in Chicago. I've used them for several years and the prices are always great. They recognize me when I call or come in, and are friendly and willing to go the extra mile to keep you happy. I was recently in an expensive accident, for the first time. My insurance told me to get an estimate at a big body shop I didn't know. The price was eye-watering. My company decided it was a total loss. However, we love our car and it has only 84,000 miles on it. I decided to bring it to Oscar's to see what they said. They gave us a much better price to fix it. Amazing service! Harry was the best and made sure I was taken care of after an unfortunate accident where a large tree branch fell on my car. The work and detailing was top notch and the staff was very communicative and helpful every step of the process. They included a life warranty as well for the work. Highly recommended if you are looking for a shop that excels in its craft and also works with integrity.

I am so grateful for the service we received. Even though we had to choose an insurance-approved repair shop (we have an EV) the staff at Oscars, particularly George, could not have been more considerate and professional. They stored our car safely for four days as we waites for the insurance company to tow the car. Someone from Oscar's was always available to talk to us and keep us posted. Additionally, their tow truck driver, was also professional and helpful.

Incredible body shop, they went above and beyond to get my car fixed and back on the road after a collision for an extremely fair price.
