Brought a used 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan that had just came out of factory warranty around 50K miles. Tanner has done preventative maintenance and monitored everything for 5 years, I have had no major issues going on 193K miles.. we replaced the water pump which is a known issue on this model.. honest, smart, really great complex problem solver. Will fix what’s necessary or fix things that prevent further maintenance down the road. Great mechanic and person.

After being serviced (primary item was timing belt replacement), ended up on 1200mile trip - - and NO PROBLEMS. Tanner truly cares about the functionality of your vehicle, and is willing to explain to those who ask (like me). Very responsive and reasonable pricing, discussed what to look for in future. Ose Automotive will be my go-to spot, highly recommend! Looking forward to the next 145,000 miles!

Took my 2011 BMW 328i for service. Tanner did a great job. He told me what was the status of my service and did not push to up sale services that are not due right now and can wait for maintenance in the near future. That gave me a lot of confidence in him and his team, as they are recommending what is best for you, and don't try to up sale you like most of us have experienced at other shops. He definitely has my business moving forward with my vehicle. I highly recommend him! Thanks!

Awesome people! I would like to say that Tanner and the team are OSE are amazing, they are down to earth, honest and hard working people that want to see the job completed. They never pushed for me to have work done beyond the scope of why I brought it is. In fact they were respectful to my wishes of let’s not dig into it anymore then what was done to fix the issues. being the extent of repairs cost approaching the value of the car and possible then some. I truly respect this shop for the ability to keep in connection with me the whole time. I would recommend this place for all your VW needs. Fair prices and outstanding customer service!

After taking my Volkswagen to 5 repair shops, one being the Volkswagen dealership, Tanner was able to diagnose my car, and get me back on the road in 3 days.
