Edit: The owner reached out to me and apologized for how things went down. He wasn't around much the last 2 weeks during most of what happened. He wanted to make things right and was very understanding and polite I will probably never bring my car back here unfortunately. I brought my car here because my boyfriend had a good experience and it's literally right next door to my work. Scheduled an appt and paid $1000 before hand trying to be smart and plan ahead. The day came and my car didn't get worked on because "all that went on that morning". No big deal they asked to reschedule and I was fine with it at that point.
