1 star for lack of communication thru the process. But when I made contact the owner/son we talked for a bit, very very nice people. Took extremely long to get an engine replaced in my truck though. But it’s done and I will see how it works. Unfortunately . They are temporarily closed and sold the property the shop sits on, and are retiring from this shop. Not sure if we will see them in another shop! Good luck guys

You 100% lied multiple times. You know what you did was wrong. I just don't want this to happen to anyone else. Beware! I'm not sure how this business has so many good reviews. We hit a deer Christmas Eve and had the truck towed there the first week of Jan. The owner told us that he would have it done in 2 to 3 wks. After about a month and no communication from the shop we started going by there to check on the status since our insurance would only pay for a rental for 30 days. Every week for a month he told us it would be done by the end of the week. At one point he told us it was almost done he was just waiting on one headlight that was on back order. I have used Osteens a few times over the years. Their quality of work is unsurpassed in my opinion. Taking care that their customers are completely satisfied and happy are always their main concern. George and his staff are great people to deal with and do whatever they can to make you know that you the customer are important!

I'm a 64 year old woman living on a fixed income. I borrowed money off of my life insurance to have my car fixed. I took the vehicle to Osteens to see if they could fix it in late Sept. early Oct. Of this year. I explained what it was doing and asked if they could repair it, both the owner and his son assured me they could. I trusted them completely. They ordered 2 Evaps for it , That didn't work, so I left it again and they hooked it up again and couldn't find the problem, although they did pour a 1/2 quart of transmission fluid in it. This went on for a couple of more times until finally they told me they couldn't fix it. They said it eas the transmission. Bad faith! My insurance company gave him my car on April 5, He had never answered the phone for 4 months, He answered the phone once after 4 months and told me he got all parts and can finish it in 2 weeks. But he lied to me, he never touched the car. After 5 months, when we tried to take the car to another bodyshop, he tried to force us to pay for storage as the Insurance company told me. It's the worst business ever! I was the one who should sue him for $72k that I lost because of he kept my vehicle there illegally and kept lying to me for 5 months. I got all the records. Never take your vehicle there unless you decide to pick it up after 6 months without anything done!
