OTT Towing

Rachel with OTT Towing provided excellent service for my family. On separate occasions she towed our broken down forklift, relocated two sheds on our property, and delivered a car we bought from the next town over. Communication is easy, and her work is professional and personable. I’ll continue to use her services when needed. Highly recommend.

Honestly did a really good job, responded extremely quickly and got my vehicle towed within 30 mins of calling, however the lady I called said it would be about $200 since it was after hours on the weekend (whatever that means) I needed my car towed 6 minutes from where I was and they were practically the only place open at the time so I figured whatever. The tow truck guy who showed up he did a fantastic job even helping push my car into a parking spot after towing it but he didn’t speak English which I didn’t really care about. However when all was said and done I asked to pay and I spoke to someone over the phone and they said it would be $200 which no big deal it was a little pricey to get it towed up a hill they were already close too but I get it that’s how they make their money. I called OTT to get a car moved that was blocking my UHaul in an apartment parking lot. The person on the phone was barely understandable, but they told me they would contact a driver and call me back. This did not happen. After about a half hour I tried calling back to see if the driver was on the way and they sent me to voicemail. I waited about 15 minutes and called again and they sent me to voicemail. I’m not sure who is behind the phone at OTT at 6:30am on a Saturday, but they should be fired in my opinion. Would not recommend this business.

Rachel moved and set a 10'x20' for me, twice. Not only is she a pleasure to work with; she is a master at maneuvering her flatbed to place the shed exactly where I wanted it in tight spaces. Even though she was farther away than local shed movers, it was worth it to me to have her expertise. I would absolutely hire her again.
