Otter’s Detailing is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. Jeff the owner is very detail oriented. I had Jeff apply his 9 year ceramic coat. When I dropped my new Dodge Ram 2500 off with him I thought there was no way I would get it back anymore shinier…I was wrong. My truck glistened. Now the water literally falls off my truck making upkeep a breeze. Jeff showed me each step of the process in detail, impressive! When I picked my truck up Jeff provided me with a very nice after care wash kit in a super nice canvas tote…class act. Jeff even went as far as to show me how to properly wash and care for my truck…just when you thought you knew everything, lol. One last thing…Jeff’s detail shop is as clean as a surgical room. I highly recommend giving Jeff Otwell, the owner of Otter’s Detailing, a call when you need this service. My car absolutely looks better than it did when I bought it. Jeff was able to buff out most of the scratches, and it is so shiny I almost had to put on my shades to look at it. The interior is pristine and smells so good. Jeff was so accommodating when I had to cancel my appointment I made almost a month ago. He contacted me a few hours later with a new appointment the very next morning. He offers mobile and drop off services which are both convenient.

I recently took my used car in for detailing after purchasing it, and it had clearly never been professionally cleaned before. Jeff and his son truly worked a small miracle on the interior — from the headliner all the way down to the carpet extractions. They were professional, thorough, and paid attention to every detail. I highly recommend their services.
