Went here today to purchase a vehicle for our daughter. Walked in, it was lady sitting at the front and we asked about 2 vehicles on their lot and she walked to the back to ask another person about those two vehicles. Came back and told us they were cash only vehicles! From the website and the reviews I see that was a lie! Guessing we dodged a bullet! If they didn’t want to come out in the cold that’s all they had to say! Bad business!

O...MG! So I never do reviews but I always read them. When I tell you this place is an entire blessing! And Jose Lopez is an angel! He was great! Very upfront and honest about everything!!! My credit score is like 590 and I have two reps on my name. He accepted $800 and got me into a very good and reliable car! I'm referring EVERYONE here!! Looove my experience even better than some dealerships I've been to! If you ever go, tell them Ms. Scott sent you so you can get a discount for being referred. Good customer service is very hard to find these days! And I found it!! I wish I had more words!! 🧡

Rolando is amazing!! When dealing with challenged credit it is unusual to find the kind of honesty and fairness in a dealership and a Sales Manager that I found in Rolando and Big Shoe Auto Sales. I think it's probably difficult even without the credit challenges I have!! Having said that I was so impressed with Rolando in every way! He treated me with complete respect and was upfront and honest with me. He also gave me the best deal I had found at any other dealership in regards to price of the vehicle, down payment, interest rate and term!! I know he is the real deal because I shopped and shopped and shopped trying to make sure that I got the best possible car at the best possible price. Don't buy from here. I almost paid off my car with the same in at a 250 deductible insurance (which is expansive af) and now they can't confirm it so charged an extra $180 on top of the over priced car.note. SMH .. save your money

Been paying on my car 9 months and I'm late 7 days they repossessed my vehicle and refuse to take payment for fees. I've payed over 4,000 dollars in car payments just so they can refuse payment and repossessed my car. JENNIFER AT the front desk is unsympathetic. Wouldn't give me written letter of payment refusal and sent me on a wild goose chase for the letter. Nobody will return my phone call or send me letter of payment refusal. The manager Rolando and Jennifer are shady, unprofessional and have no integrity or respect to even answer the phone. Don't do business here!
