I'm reading through the reviews and am surprised. I had a great experience with Otto's. Everyone is friendly and professional. I worked with Charles and he understood exactly the type of automobile I needed. The whole transaction took no time. If you are expecting to get a brand new car, this would not be the place for you. But if you want to buy a good used car from people who actually care about you and what you need, then this is the perfect place for you. Great bunch of guys. Highly recommend.

I have waited almost a year-and-a-half to leave this review. The staff was very friendly including Charles and Otto himself. Right after we purchased the vehicle we noticed it pulled very hard to the right when we contact it Otto's they had us take it to a local tire establishment. When that did not correct the problem they offered to pay for two new tires if I paid for the other two. I never did take them up on this offer because Anthony's service center which is located right next door was very unresponsive when I went to them never returning my calls. A gentleman from Otto's even contacted Anthony's at one point on our behalf complaining to them for not getting back to us regarding an issue that was covered under the warranty that we purchased through Otto's. I needed a SUV, my credit is okay but not great. I had been continually jerked around by two dealers prior. I needed a vehicle that would work well with my needs and my budget fast. I walked into Otto's and met two Fantastic straight forward guys, Otto and Charles. I had a minimal downpayment and very specific financial needs. These guys are phenomenal! Not only did I get what I needed, I actually like what I got. The process was fast and painless. I would highly recommend these fine people to any one, anytime. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. I needed a low monthly payment and not a huge amount Down I was skeptical at first since I had plenty dealers say yes we can get you approved Ron chuck and Otto were amazing they got me into the car I wanted with low payments they weren’t pushy at all they all were amazing from getting financing to even assisting me with getting the lowest and best insurance rate even I can’t thank these guys enough for what they did if you need a car go to ottos auto they treat you just like family I’ll definitely be going back when I get another car. I recently did business with Otto's, not because of credit issues but because they had a car i specifically wanted. Was treated respectfully by Charlie and Otto himself. basically the whole deal was wrapped up within 2 hours including the purchase of a 3 year unlimited mileage Diamond enhanced warranty that covers almost everything bumper to bumper. I grabbed a Subaru so i know it will last for years especially with the way i pay specific attention to detail on cars and required maintenance.
