Otwell's Auto Care

I continue to have my cars serviced by Jim and his staff. I have an older car that I purchased new. I take it in for regular oil change, alignment, and trust the information I get when I'm told I need more work. I did need and received the suggested work and as always appreciated the excellent service and completed work.

I have used Ottwells three times now. They put in a transmission on one visit, and a whole AC system a few years later. Other visits were for fixing and rearing flats etc. Jim is a great old school no nonsense mechanic. He honestly tells you what you need to hear, in a straight forward manner. No bones about it. TRUST this guy! Each time i went, they had quick turn around as they have been in business so long. They have good connections to parts their dealers who quickly get the parts you need.

I am so happy I went there. First time was to ask about converting auto AC. Jim, owner, told me how to do it instead of trying to get them to do it. Jim was so friendly and honest I had a good feeling so I just left car with him. They did great job. Another time I took an old El Camino die to hard braking thinking it was either master cylinder or brake booster. When I checked later within hour to get findings, Jim told me it was ready. Turned out to be a $10 part on brake booster. I would never have this and was expecting big repair job. I have had my family, son and grandkids, taking their cars to him. Oh, can’t help but notice when you enter shop. He’s my USMC brother. Can’t get any better than that. I usually just stop by to say hello to Jim and Robe

I have been going for oil and tires changes for couple years. I love the place, the owner Jim is always so friendly to me and my family. The mechanics are professional. Highly recommended this place to anyone.

These guys do great work. Robert was super helpful and knowledgeable and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. They keep me feeling confident in my car!
