I dropped my 2013 Nissan Altima off for a safety inspection on a Monday night. Tuesday morning I received a call that a transporter had hit my car and they had sent it over to a body shop to fix the front bumper. I asked about a loaner as this is my only car and was told they did not have any available. I was going out of town Friday and told the service advisor if I was not going to have my car back in time they needed to provide a rental. Thursday morning I received a call saying a rental had been arranged at Enterprise and to go over when I was ready to pick up the vehicle. I took my car 3 times to this place because there was a grinding noise coming from the front passenger side of the vehicle, the first time they told me it was the strut and I approved the replacement for about $2,450, when I picked up the car, the noise was still there, and I drop off again a week later, they called a week later that it was ready for pick up, just to find out the noise was still there. I took my car to another shop and they quickly found what the problem was, and I showed the strut they replaced, and this other mechanic told me it was perfectly good. It was a waste of time and money.

Christmas miracle? Days before Christmas, on our 36th anniversary, my cooling fan would not turn off. I am 12th + generation Virginian, here in Virginia, our second home and only car. I brought the vehicle to this DEALERSHIP for SERVICE. The SERVICE TEAM replaced the ROTORS and PADS and lubricated the BRAKING SYSTEM in an attempt to stop the NOISE; however, this did not SOLVE the ISSUE, and the NOISE PERSISTED.
