Please be weary of this service center. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation because I received a coupon in the mail. I left with them recommending thousands of dollars of work “recommended” to include a break fluid flush although I just had one done a couple months ago and that the “bearings in my water pump locked up” but I also just had my water pump replaced by Pohanka Honda last year. When I called Pohanka they said there was no way for that to be true if I wasn’t having any problems (which I wasn’t). They also would not be able to see this by simply doing a multi point inspection. I have been going here since I’ve purchased my Civic in 2014. In most recent years Sam has been there to help with my services there. He will work with you on what is the best manageable and affordable service at that time for your vehicle. Being that it’s always busy there of course you will have to wait but it’s not a long wait. You will be out in a timely manner but also suggest making an appointment especially if you’re planning on coming in on a busy day. I will continue to go here due to the great service.

Love Hendricks Honda service department. There is no hustle on recommended repairs, but do remind customers that certain major services are coming up due. My service advisor, Nelson, is fanatic. Very efficient serving customers and the waiting areas are roomy for waiting. Most importantly, are the coffee machines providing complimentary drinks with a variety of cafes to enjoy while waiting.

Please provide accurate wait times. If an oil change takes an hour and a half, why am I waiting in the lobby for 3 hours? Standard service was provided but it gets canceled out by the wait time. I would rather take my vehicle to jiffy lube for an oil change, at least they vacuum and do light cleaning to the vehicle.
