We had such a great and easy experience. I HATED my current car (was way too small for me personally and I’d had enough) and we were looking for a bigger SUV. We stopped by Kia, not intending to make a purchase that day- just to look- but they made an incredible offer on my current car and we left with a gorgeous new Telluride! When I first showed up, Pablo greeted me with a smile, was always attentive to my needs and never made me feel unwelcome even though I clearly stated that I was only browsing and not in the market for a new vehicle.
