We took our Grand Caravan to Outback 4x4 for a significant repair and inspection. Lance was a huge help. He gave us a quote on what the repair would be (best and worst case scenario) before I made the appointment, called me to explain what they needed to repair and made recommendations before they did any work, and got the repair done more quickly than we expected. The pricing was honest and incredibly fair, and the whole process was easy and smooth from start to finish. We are so thankful to Outback for such a great experience!

We recently purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee TrailHawk from Outback 4x4. Let me tell you, this place is doing it the way car shopping should be. No pressure, courteous service, honest and upfront pricing, no sneaky dealings or back end steals. I have been watching this dealership's inventory online for a long time. Price was very fair, trade-in value was upfront and fair too. I will continue to recommend these folks to family and friends. I hope to return again for my next car someday too. Outback 4x4 has worked on numerous cars for me including servicing my Maserati. They put lowering springs and wheel spacer on it for the perfect stance. Fabulous people, a great work. Will continue to use them. 🙏🙏
