Overbeck Auto Services

This was my 1st time using Overbook Auto Services. Was very pleased with my experience. They fixed my hood latch, cleaned and adjusted rear brakes, cleaned intake/egr/pcv system (something highly recommended you do on Prius), and changed transmission fluid. They are recommended that I replace my cabin air filter and low voltage battery and windshield wipers. The courtesy vehicle for me is a godsend as its hard dropping off and picking up cars. I feel all that was done was well worth what I paid. Everyone there was courteous and respectful, I will definitely use there services again. I highly recommend Overbeck Auto Services/Cincinnati Hybrid!

I’ve been a customer at Overbeck for many years and enjoy my experience each time. The Overbeck team does excellent work on my car and communicates issues in a way I understand. I usually wait while the work is being done and their waiting area is top notch. They offer snacks and drinks while you wait. If the work on your car requires more time, they have loaner cars at no expense to the customer. I highly recommend Overbeck!

I took my 2015 Ford Focus to Overbeck Auto to diagnose issues with my purge valve and engine lights. Daryle and the Overbeck team went above and beyond. They ordered the part my car needed and then waited for the vendor to deliver it. Due to traffic they stayed after hours on a Friday evening to make sure it arrived. As soon as it came in they installed the part, test-drove the car and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They didn’t charge me for the extra time or the additional parts it took to clear the engine codes. They were reliable, thorough, and genuinely compassionate—I truly felt heard and cared for. I got a flat tire at the worst possible time - right in the middle of moving. It happened late Wednesday night, so I put on the spare and planned to handle it in the morning. I called three or four other tire shops, but all of them said they couldn’t get me in until the next day or later. Overbeck was the exception and got me in that same morning. They offered either a free loaner car or the option to leave the tire with them. They texted me when it was ready, put the wheel back on, and I was on my way. Truly 10/10 customer service.

I had another shop duagnose my engine had failed, and I took it to David at Overbecks for a second opinion, and after diagnosing, found it wasn't in need of engine and replaced parts needed to get car back on road. GOOD HONEST KNOWLEDGEABLE SHOP 💯
