5/1/24 update- The comment about low oil levels are a lie. I was never told this information. I get routine oil changes. It's not documented on any paperwork I've been given. The reason I brought the car initially was because of a single code causing the check engine light to come on. Owasso Auto Care claimed it was because of my timing chain. The car ran worse and had more codes on it after their "repairs". I've now paid three certified mechanic shops in Owasso to confirm the breakdown of the vehicle for court purposes and they all have confirmed it was the timing chain not in time resulting in engine failure. After having my car worked on at a different shop in town, that shop left it undrivable, claiming they did not know and could not find the issue. I had the car towed to Owasso Auto Care and they were able to fix the issue (sensor needing adjusted) same day and charged me nothing, just quoting me for some other work they would recommend on the car. Every employee I interacted with seemed genuinely helpful and did not look at me like I was an ATM they could siphon money out of. Great experience, will be back and will recommend.

After returning from Missouri for Spring Break, I noticed leaking fluid (which I thought was oil) underneath my wife's '17 Ford Explorer. Upon taking it to our regular mechanic, I was informed that it was not oil and actually transmission fluid. Mike and the team at Owasso Auto Care/Eddie's Transmissions were recommended to me, so we reached out to them. They were able to work our vehicle in the next Mon. to perform diagnostics and price out our issues and then complete the work the next day. I appreciate their quick and honest work and will never complain about only being 'down' a car with transmission challenges for ~30 hours. The most honest mechanics I have had the pleasure of doing business with. They have made it incredibly easy to navigate a difficult situation. Jonah has been very patient and understanding of my needs and situation and has been exceedingly kind throughout the process. They have handled everything with care and respect.
